How We Work

Our Recruitment Process

A three steps process, help us hire recent graduates and help them make their careers in IT software development, testing, IT Support in deployment, End-user Support.

After receiving the application, we meet the prospective candidate for a brief interview. The next step is to start an internship and training for the area of interest. Based on the objectives and goals, training is customized for each individual. During the training period, the intern will work on web application development project. After completion of three to four months of training as an intern in the area of software development, where one learns web application development, web site deployment, database programming, mobile web development, the intern moves to next step in the process.
The second step of the process is to prepare the intern for an interview. Several mock interviews are conducted from experts in the industry for these candidates. Once they are ready, the intern is presented for interviews to our clients and projects.
The third step of the process is to prepare interns for work and provide them with all the necessary support. The support we provide extends to the first client project meeting, reporting and timesheet requirements, background check completion and all other on-boarding process.
