Unica provides internship program for employees and new hires. We provide practical and industry related software development training in Microsoft/Oracle technology. Interns will learn how to craete dynamic web site development with latest technologies like ASP.NET/MVC, HTML5/CSS3, responsive web design, use of business rules engine and it's usages, middleware and ESB messaging, database programming etc. Each intern will have the opportunity to create a unique web site while learning.

Combined with practical software development experience, we help interns prepare for interviews. Interns will learn theory and concepts of Object Oriented programming, software deployment and automated build process concepts, data model concepts, cloud and mobile computing concepts, Quality Assurance & manual and automated unit testing code generation. We will conduct mock interviews with multiple industry experts and guide them in the final interview process. We will also showcase their work, including code they have written.

The final result is a candidate who can be included on a project team on day one, with right experience.
